About us
buscpc.co.uk and the Bus CPC app are provided by Logistics Training (UK) Ltd, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at getintouch@buscpc.co.uk. By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
- Module 2, Driver CPC case studies, £12.99: practice case studies, mock tests and the Module 2 study material.
- Module 1, multiple-choice theory and hazard perception practice material, £5.99: theory practice questions, mock theory tests, hazard perception clips and the Module 1 study material.
Each is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies.
Buying on the website needs an account, and what you buy belongs to that account. Log in to the Bus CPC app with the same email address and password and it is unlocked there too.
Lifetime access
"Lifetime" means your module stays unlocked on your account for as long as we provide the Bus CPC course, with no renewal fee. We keep the content up to date and may change, add to or remove individual questions, case studies or clips as the DVSA test changes. If we ever decide to stop providing the course, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it closes, and anyone who bought in the 3 months before that email can ask for a full refund.
Practice material, not the official test
Bus CPC is practice and study material to help you prepare. It is not the DVSA test, and the case studies are written by our own industry professionals, not taken from the real test. Passing our tests does not guarantee you will pass the official one, except as set out in our money-back guarantee below.
24-hour refund
If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 24 hours of buying and we will refund you in full, with no questions asked. Email getintouch@buscpc.co.uk with the email address you bought with. Once refunded, the module is locked again.
This applies to purchases made on the website. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules, so ask them directly.
Money-back guarantee, Module 2 case studies
If you buy Module 2 on this website and fail your DVSA PCV Driver CPC Module 2 case study test at the first attempt, we will refund what you paid for Module 2 in full. To claim:
- email us from the address on your account with a copy of your DVSA result letter showing the fail;
- claim within 30 days of the test date;
- the test must have been taken within 6 months of buying;
- before the test date, you must have completed every Module 2 mock test while logged in to your account, so it shows in your progress.
The guarantee covers Module 2 bought on this website. It does not cover Module 1.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content you can start using straight away, you agree that this right ends once you start accessing the paid content. Our 24-hour refund and money-back guarantee are offered on top of that and do not affect your other legal rights, including your right to content that is as described and of satisfactory quality.
Your account
Keep your password private. An account is for one person, so do not share it or resell access. We may suspend an account that is being shared or misused. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Useful information, Your account, or by emailing us.
Our content
The questions, case studies, explanations, clips and study material belong to us or our licensors, including Crown copyright material reproduced under licence from the DVSA. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish, sell or share them.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep the course accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something is wrong, tell us and we will put it right. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
